Job Reorders and Storage
We keep all camera ready, customer submitted artwork for a period
of 1-2 years and all typeset jobs for a period of 4 years. During these time
frames, you may request a reorder of that artwork. All you need is your previous
order's Job number to reference that artwork. Follow the steps below to place
your re-order.
Attention Previous PrintAccess.net Users:
If you previously used the Custom Order feature in PrintAccess.net, you will
be able to place reorders using the history that you built up through our new
site. To do this, locate the D-PA number in your Order History at PrintAccess.net.
Once you have that, proceed with the steps below and place the D-PA number into
the Comments field. Once you have done this for an order, you may utilize the
Job Number that AlliantPS.com assigns the order for future reorders.
Placing a Reorder:
- Step 1: Locate Previous Job Number
- You can find a previous Job Number on either an old Invoice, or through
the Closed Orders section of the My Account or from your Order History
on PrintAccess.net.
